Enquiry forms
When you submit an enquiry, our server processes it temporarily in memory and sends it to the LifeLine team by email. We do not save submission contents in a website database, application log or server file. The email delivery provider and LifeLine’s inbox process and retain the email under their own policies. Basic anti-spam counters are held temporarily in server memory.
Donations
Payments take place on the linked Cornerstone fundraising page. This website does not collect card details, mobile-money credentials or payment PINs. Review the payment service’s terms and privacy information when donating.
Basic website operation
This version has no added advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Hosting services may process basic request and security information to deliver the website. Fonts are served with the website, with system fonts used as a fallback. Your browser may cache versioned images, fonts and code to speed up repeat visits. This asset cache does not store enquiry form entries or payment details.
Photographs and stories
The homepage hero is an illustrative community-care scene. The Christmas visual is campaign artwork. These images are not documentary evidence of beneficiaries or completed outreach. LifeLine’s storytelling should respect people’s dignity and avoid identifying vulnerable individuals without appropriate permission.
